These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pets911 website, Pets911 Smart Tags, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Pets911 is owned and operated by PETSMO Brands, Inc.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to register the pet associated with your account.
Your Account
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Promptly update any information that changes.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pets911 Smart Tags
The Pets911 Smart Tag is designed to assist in reuniting lost pets with their owners by providing access to your pet’s profile when the tag is scanned.
The Smart Tag:
- Does not contain GPS tracking hardware.
- Does not guarantee that a lost pet will be found.
- Requires an active online pet profile to function as intended.
You are responsible for keeping your pet’s information accurate and up to date.
Subscription & Renewal
Some Pets911 services may require activation fees, annual renewal fees, or subscription payments.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased term and must be renewed to continue receiving premium services.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card information.
You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchases.
Lost Pet Services
Pets911 provides technology designed to improve the chances of recovering lost pets.
However, we cannot guarantee:
- A tag will be scanned.
- A pet will be located.
- Someone who finds a pet will contact the owner.
- Successful recovery of any lost pet.
Recovery outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control.
User Content
You retain ownership of the information, photographs, and content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Pets911 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you submit.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Pets911 website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Graphics
- Icons
- Software
- Website design
- Text
- Images
are the property of PETSMO Brands, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pets911 and PETSMO Brands, Inc. disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Reliability
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PETSMO Brands, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pets911 during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PETSMO Brands, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
