PROCESSING AN ORDER<\/h3>

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 10:00 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 AM EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.<\/p>

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER<\/h3>

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.<\/p>

If, after trying our product, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for replacement or refund within 30 days. No questions asked. RETURNS<\/h3>

To return or exchange your order, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. \u00a0To begin the process, please email info@pets911.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.<\/p>

After completing the return form on the next page, we will email you within (2) business days with the following:<\/p>

  • Return Authorization Number<\/li>
  • PREPAID Shipping Label<\/li>
  • Return\/Exchange Directions<\/li><\/ul>
    1. Include the RA# on the outside of the package and make a note of the RA# for future reference. Also note the tracking number as provided on the pre-paid return Shipping label (we do not save a copy of that tracking number).<\/li>
    2. When possible, please include all original packing materials (box, hangtag, etc) and use the original shipping box.<\/li>
    3. To schedule a pick up, please call the shipping company we provide, or drop off your package at any location. \u00a0The Shipping label we provide must be attached to your box.<\/li>
    4. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund or exchange. We will issue your refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>
